Metova is seeking a Program Manager that will be esponsible for the execution of the Metova Navy Cyber Red Team contract.
Work closely with the government Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The CORs are designated at the task order level. Ultimately be responsible for ensuring that performance meets all government contracting requirements within cost and schedule. PM shall have the requisite authority for full control over all company resources necessary for contract performance. The PM shall have authority to approve TO proposals or modifications in emergent situations. The PM shall ultimately be responsible for the following: personnel management; management of government material and assets; and personnel and facility security. In support of open communication, the contractor shall initiate, unless otherwise directed at the TO level, periodic meetings with the COR.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Experience: Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of Cyber Security or Information Assurance, to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
Eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
Five (5) years as program/project manager of Security Operations Centers, Cyber Security Service Providers, Red Teams or DoD Operational Testing.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Professional Certification: PMP or equivalent is mandatory
